She paid close attention to details, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and on track, and did light cleaning in the areas she organized. She also helped me sort items for donation, dumpster, or yard sale prep, which was incredibly helpful. She was accommodating, polite, and made the entire experience calm and stress free. She gave amazing ideas and organizational advice that I can easily follow. Every week she'd follow up with helpful reminders and to-do's for me to complete. What I found the most important and helpful was going through family photos and old memorabilia--things i was putting off to sort through for a while because of all the emotional attachment I've been avoiding.
